BOI Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support business under BOI's regulations and laws to ensure the company enjoys maximum benefit under BOI.
• Oversee BOI related issues include import under BOI privileges and products formula.
• Implement BOI scrap procedure outside formula when the scrap areas are nearly fully occupied.
• Interact with shipping agencies in accordance with BOI scrap management.
• Monitor and ensure all BOI export shipments have been applied with BOI privileges.
• Verify, update and submit BOI formulation to BOI department in order to maximise cut off BOI stock balance.
• Prepare reports to BOI as required
• Coordinate with all related functions for smooth operations and problem-solving. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Bachelors in a related field is preferable.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Minimum 5 years experience of BOI (manufacturing environment preferred).
• Organised and able to work under pressure and time constraints. 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively.
