This position requires an ideal opportunity for the first steps into a career in Customer Service. The role will involve learning about the systems in place at Bluechips and assisting the Key Account Managers in coordinating with their customers with a view to progressing towards account management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist Key Account Management team with order entries, shipping documents, customer visits etc.
  • Assist Sales and Marketing with integrating new customers in Bluechips framework
  • Liaise with internal departments to coordinate
  • Take care of small customer accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Communications or other related field.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in MS Office especially Excel.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
