production leader

Bluechips is looking for an individual to lead parts of our production department. This position will require leadership in our production area through managing teams, driving them to positive results and working with production management to ensure smooth operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Control subordinates to follow the company‘s regulations
• Monitoring working process and operators includes supervising operator to produce quality products
  
• Train and motivate line employees to achieve production goals
  
• Strictly follow up work instruction and job order
• Other duties as assigned by superior
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or Higher
• At least 3 years working in Production Process
• Basic skill of English communication
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
